Quick answer
A rejected application is final for that sale and cannot be reopened. You paid nothing, because the deposit comes only after approval. If your situation changes, you can apply again later with a new application at a shop.

- Do not pay anyone for this sale.
- If you want to know whether you can apply again, message support.
Good to know
- If your details were typed wrongly, the shop can start a new application with the right details.
Contact support if
- someone asked you for money after a rejection
- you think your details were wrong on the application
Have this ready
- the shop name
- the date you applied
- your full name
Never send your Mobile Money PIN. Majibu staff never ask for it.
