Quick answer
Talk to a Majibu agent or message support. To register a shop we need its name, location and contact; the owner's name, phone number and ID (front and back); whether you sell Majibu stock or your own phones; the agent who onboards you; and a signed MOU.
What to do
- Contact a Majibu agent, or message support.
- Prepare the shop's name, location and contact number.
- Prepare the owner's name, phone number and ID, front and back.
- Say whether you will sell Majibu's stock or your own phones.
- Sign the MOU that Majibu sends you.
- After approval, staff create your Sales App login, and your agent shows you how to sell.
Good to know
- Send ID photos only to Majibu staff in a private chat, never in a group.

- you want to become a partner shop

- the shop's name, location and contact
- the owner's name and phone number
- whose stock you will sell
- the name of the Majibu agent you work with, if any
Never send your Mobile Money PIN. Majibu staff never ask for it.
