Quick answer
Returns, cancellations and refunds are decided by Majibu staff, case by case. Message support with your phone number, the shop, what happened and what you want. Keep the phone and all receipts until support answers. Nobody at a shop can promise a refund.
What to do
- Message support with the details below.
- Keep the phone, the box and every receipt.
- Wait for staff to answer. Do not give the phone to anyone without staff instructions.
Good to know
- Before handover, a shop can cancel a sale it has not finished. After the sale, staff decide.
Contact support if
- you want to cancel, return the phone or get money back
Have this ready
- the phone number on your loan
- the shop name and the date you bought
- the transaction ID of the deposit
- what happened and what you want
Never send your Mobile Money PIN. Majibu staff never ask for it.
