Pay off early or change the loan length

Quick answer
You can pay ahead any amount up to what you still owe, online or in the app, and when everything is paid the phone is yours. Ask support for the exact amount left. Changing the loan length, or any discount for paying early, is a staff decision.
What to do
- Ask support for the amount left on your loan. They confirm who you are first.
- Pay it at pay.majibuafrica.com (you choose the amount) or in the app with Other amount.
- Check that Home shows Paid off.
Good to know
- The pay page refuses an amount above what you owe ("This amount is above what can be paid on this loan").
Contact support if
- you want to change the length of your loan
- you want to ask about a discount for paying early
Have this ready
- the phone number on your loan
- your full name as on your contract
Never send your Mobile Money PIN. Majibu staff never ask for it.
