Quick answer
Open History in the Majibu app to see your daily payment plan and what you have paid. Home shows what is due today and any catch-up. For the exact amount left on your loan, ask support on WhatsApp; they check your loan after confirming who you are.
What to do
- In the Majibu app, open History: your schedule shows each daily payment due.
- On Home, check Due today and To catch up.
- For the total left on the loan, message support. They confirm who you are first.
Good to know
- Read the label of each figure. One customer read the money already paid as the money left.
- Your deposit is not part of the daily payments.
- You can pay ahead any amount up to what you owe: see Pay off early or change the loan length.
Contact support if
- you want the exact amount left
- the figures in the app look wrong
Have this ready
- the phone number on your loan
- your full name as on your contract
Never send your Mobile Money PIN. Majibu staff never ask for it.
