Quick answer
The prices in the Majibu Sales App are the current ones: the app shows the deposit, daily amount and total that the CRM calculates for that exact phone. Old price pictures go out of date. When prices change, the new list is shared in the partner group.
What to do
- Scan the phone's IMEI in the Majibu Sales App and open the offers.
- Show the customer the deposit, the daily amount and the total from the app.
- Ignore older price pictures. If you are unsure, ask support.
Good to know
- The figures in the app come from the CRM. The shop cannot change them.
- Once a sale is approved, its terms are fixed for that customer.
Contact support if
- the app shows a price that looks wrong
- a customer was promised a different price

- the phone model and IMEI
- a screenshot of the offer
Never send your Mobile Money PIN. Majibu staff never ask for it.
