I cannot find the Majibu app in Play Store
Answered here
Quick answer
The Majibu app is not in Play Store. It is called Majibu Companion and you install it from PalmStore, the app store that is already on Majibu phones. Open PalmStore, search Majibu Companion and install it.
What to do
- Look for the PalmStore icon on the phone. Check every home screen and folder.
- Open PalmStore, search Majibu Companion and install it.
- PalmStore missing? Open the phone's browser, search for PalmStore, open the official PalmStore site and search Majibu Companion there. Or ask the shop to show the PalmStore QR code from the Majibu Sales App.
Good to know
- Install Majibu apps only from PalmStore. Never install an app from a link a stranger sends you.
Contact support if
- PalmStore is missing and the browser way does not work
- the app does not install
Have this ready
- the phone model
- a screenshot of what you see
Never send your Mobile Money PIN. Majibu staff never ask for it.
Thank you.
