Install the Majibu app and pair it

Quick answer
Install Majibu Companion from PalmStore, which is already on Majibu phones; it is not in Play Store. Open it, tap Pair your phone and type the pairing code from the shop. Each code is for one customer. If it fails, ask the shop or support for a new one.
Steps
- Turn on mobile data or Wi-Fi.
- Open PalmStore on the phone, search Majibu Companion and install it. At the shop, the seller can show a PalmStore QR code to scan.
- Open the app. On Pair your phone, type the pairing code from the shop. It looks like MAJ-7K4Q.
- Check that the loan shown is yours. If you see another person's name or loan, stop and tell support at once.
- On Finish setup, tap Allow & continue and allow what the phone asks. You agreed to these in your loan contract.
- Done: Home shows the date your phone is paid until.
Good to know
- Pair the app at the shop before you leave. The seller helps you.
- A new code stops the old one. Always use the newest code.

Contact support if
- a new code also fails
- the app shows someone else's loan
- you changed phone or SIM, or reset the phone
Have this ready
- the phone's number
- the shop where you bought the phone
- a photo of the error
Never send your Mobile Money PIN. Majibu staff never ask for it.
