Read your balance and paid-until date in the app

Quick answer
Open the Majibu app. Home shows the date your phone is paid until and what is due today. If you are behind, it shows how much you need to catch up. Open History to see each payment and your daily payment plan.
Steps
- Open the Majibu app.
- On Home, read Your phone is paid until. Your phone works until the end of that day.
- Due today shows today's amount. To catch up shows what you need for missed days, if any. On track shows how many days ahead you are.
- Open History to see every payment (date, amount, network) and your daily payment plan.
- Just paid? Home can show Payment received — confirming for a short time.
Good to know
- The balance in the app does not include any penalties.
- History can show 0 days next to a payment that was smaller than your daily amount. That money is not lost: see History says 0 days added.
- No app? Ask support. After confirming who you are, support can tell you your paid-until date.
Contact support if
- a payment is missing from History
- the paid-until date looks wrong
Have this ready
- the phone number on your loan
- the dates and amounts you paid
Never send your Mobile Money PIN. Majibu staff never ask for it.
