Quick answer
Your payment was smaller than one daily amount, so on its own it added no full day. The money is still on your loan and adds up with your next payment. Check Your phone is paid until on Home, not the days next to each payment.
What to do
- Open Home and read Your phone is paid until. This date counts all your money together.
- To complete the day, pay the small difference, and round up next time.
Good to know
- The days next to each payment in History count that payment alone. The paid-until date counts everything you have paid, including small leftovers.
- Example: your daily amount is UGX 2,579 and you pay UGX 2,500 each day. Each payment shows 0 days, but together they keep moving your date. About once a month the shortfall adds up to a whole day, and the phone locks a day early.
